## Overview

The CB Series is a fixed-shaft cone crusher with a steep crushing angle, built for secondary and tertiary crushing where an even gradation matters. It handles hard, abrasive feed in mining, aggregates and industrial minerals.
Short-throw and long-throw CB 200 configurations and the CB 300 Standard cover capacities from 90 to 320 t/h. Hydraulic CSS adjustment and tramp relief keep the crusher producing when the feed is unpredictable.

## How it works

A precision-profiled chamber and a high bearing speed move the mantle quickly for finer reduction and a more uniform particle shape. Hydraulic cylinders change the CSS, release uncrushable material and clear the chamber.

## Features

- **Hydraulic cylinders.** Fast CSS changes, tramp relief and chamber clearing from one system, for control and overload protection.
- **Roller bearing design.** Lower friction and better load distribution reduce power draw and extend service life.
- **High bearing speed.** A faster mantle produces a finer product with a better reduction ratio and particle shape.
- **Hydraulic tramp relief.** Opens to pass an uncrushable, then resets, reducing damage and downtime.
