## Overview

The CG Series is a cone crusher for secondary and tertiary crushing in quarrying and mining. Its main shaft floats on a hydraulic piston, which sets the product size and protects the crusher when uncrushable material enters the chamber.
Seven models cover capacities from 80 to 550 t/h. A detachable body and a wide choice of cavity profiles make it practical to match the crusher to the feed and keep maintenance time short.

## How it works

Material is crushed between the concave and a mantle that gyrates on an eccentric. A hydraulic piston supports the main shaft and sets the CSS. No backing material is needed behind the liners, so liner changes are quicker, and hydraulic relief protects the chamber against overload.

## Features

- **Detachable body.** Gives direct access to internal parts for faster inspection, liner changes and transport.
- **Cavity profiles.** A wide range of chambers and liner alloys, selected with you for the feed. Optional lifting tools support liner changes.
- **Hydraulic CSS control.** Adjusts the product size quickly and keeps output steady as feed conditions change.
