## Overview

The primary HSI breaks large feed with high-speed impact, achieving a high reduction ratio in a single stage. A heavy rotor and reinforced impact aprons deliver consistent impact energy and a controlled output size.
Six models cover capacities from 150 to 950 t/h for quarrying, mining and recycling, including concrete and asphalt aggregate.

## How it works

Where a jaw crusher squeezes rock between two surfaces, the impactor strikes it at speed. Material breaks along its natural fracture lines and is thrown against adjustable impact aprons, giving a cubical product suited to concrete and asphalt aggregate.

## Features

- **First-stage impact crushing.** Breaks material along natural fracture lines for a high reduction ratio and cubical shape.
- **Heavy rotor.** C-shaped rotor ledges on a lift-out clamping system make blow-bar maintenance faster and safer.
- **Hydraulic impact aprons.** Set the product size without manual work and adapt quickly to variable feed.
