## Overview

The TJ Series is a jaw crusher for the first reduction stage in quarrying, mining and aggregate production. It takes run-of-quarry rock and delivers a controlled product to the next stage of the plant.
Seven models cover capacities from 55 to 925 t/h, depending on material and closed-side setting. The bolted frame and reversible jaw plates are designed to keep installation, transport and wear-part changes straightforward.

## How it works

Rock is compressed between a fixed jaw and a moving jaw driven by an eccentric shaft. Twin flywheels keep the motion smooth, and heavy-duty bearings carry the shaft through its elliptical stroke. The closed-side setting (CSS) at the bottom of the chamber sets the product size.

## Features

- **Reversible jaw plates.** Quarry, Super Teeth and Anti-Slab profiles fit either jaw. Each plate can be turned to use its second face when the first wears.
- **Balanced eccentric shaft.** A high-strength alloy steel shaft, balanced with twin flywheels, limits vibration and keeps operation stable.
- **Bolted body.** A modular bolted frame absorbs stress, reduces the risk of cracking and makes transport and maintenance simpler.
- **Wedge CSS adjustment.** The setting changes without shims. An optional hydraulic power pack adjusts the CSS at the push of a button.
