## Overview

The T Series vertical shaft impactor shapes material through rock-on-rock crushing. It is used at the tertiary and quaternary stages to produce finely graded, cubical product for manufactured sand and high-quality aggregate.
Nine models in three ranges cover capacities from 60 to 775 t/h. Rotor speed and cascade feed are adjustable, so one machine can be tuned towards shape, throughput or fines.

## How it works

A high-speed rotor throws material against a bed of rock, so particles break against each other rather than against metal. This autogenous crushing gives a cubical product with low wear. An adjustable cascade sends part of the feed around the rotor to control shape and throughput.

## Features

- **Cascade adjustment.** Sets how much feed bypasses the rotor, to control particle shape, wear, throughput and gradation.
- **Hydraulic lid.** Opens hydraulically for chamber access, rotor inspection and wear-part replacement.
- **Variable rotor speed.** Higher speed produces more fines; lower speed gives a coarser product.
- **Replaceable rotor tips.** Wear-resistant tips change without dismantling the rotor, lowering wear cost.
